On average, junk removal costs can range from $150-$750 depending on where you live, items you need to be hauled away, and the volume of items. Our junk removal cost includes labor, gas, and the drop-off of your items at a local charity or disposal site.
-
After your junk is removed from your house, items are sorted and separated for disposal or donation by our trained teams.

Assess the area you want to be cleared out and divide it into sections. This is helpful if you want junk removed from a room or large area. Working in small sections at a time makes the overwhelming task of sorting through junk much easier.
Separate unwanted items from items you want to keep. Leave the heavy lifting to us. If the junk for removal is too heavy, don’t attempt to move it yourself. Instead, make a list or tag the large items in each section you want us to haul away and sort the remainder. Tagging or making a list of items to haul away is especially helpful if you have a friend or family member overseeing the junk pick-up.
If there are items that can still be used, we’ll take care of that—we donate 50% of what we haul away. Sort through your junk items and identify those that can be used by someone else and we will take them to a nearby donation center on your behalf.

The final cost of moving your home will depend on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, the size of your home, the distance of your move, the total amount of belongings you will be moving, the time of year you will be moving, and the services you will need.
Truck & travel fee - This includes the truck, drive time, and gas needed to go from our office to the pickup location and from the drop-off location back to our office.
Hourly rate - There is a 2 or 3-hour minimum hourly rate (depending on your area). If the job will take longer than that, we can prorate our teams in increments of 15-30 minutes (depending on your area). The time clock starts running when we start working at the pickup location and ends when the team completes their work at the drop-off location and you sign off on the paperwork.

The time you need to spend on packing for a move varies based on the number of items you are moving, the size of your home, and how you plan to handle the actual move itself. But regardless of the size of your move, the sooner you begin preparations, the better.
